Our main focus is commercial exterior painting on existing commercial buildings. Our commercial building painting includes pressure washing and painting strip shopping centers, banks, warehouses, metal buildings, manufacturing facilities, malls, doctors offices, dentist’s offices, retail buildings, government buildings, restaurants, and just about every kind of commercial building there is. From tilt up concrete buildings and metal buildings, to stucco buildings and wood buildings, we have done it all. We also recommend and do commercial pressure cleaning before we do any commercial building painting.
We have the equipment to do any type of exterior commercial painting.
Another type of commercial painting we focus on is commercial interior painting. This type of work requires planning and project management to run smoothly and efficiently. We will work with you to coordinate the painting to cause as little disturbance with your business operations as possible. You will be getting professional painters who do high quality work all while taking into consideration your customers experience during your business hours.
All commercial painting is done by our in-house company painters. We do not subcontract our work out.

Insurance and Licensing
We are properly insured and licensed to paint commercial properties. We carry workers compensation insurance and general liability insurance. We are also bonded with a surety bond. We have business licenses for all the areas we work in as well as our Town of Lexington business license. We are able to send the proper certificates of insurance as needed for verification.
Where We Work
Our paint shop and office is in Lexington SC. We like to stay within 1 hour of our shop but we are flexible depending on the scope of the work. We have gone out of our area for special jobs and past clients.
